HOSPITALITY MINISTRY
HELPERS NEEDED:
2nd
service volunteers needed to clean-up
from coffee time after worship.
Write a
note on your blue sheet if you can help.
Thank
you to the 1st service
volunteers (still need a few more) who
have said they can help set up coffee.
We will post a list month by month for
Hospitality Helpers in the monthly
newsletter.
Care Fund is in need of donations.
If you can help, please mark your
envelope for “Care Fund” or write “Care
Fund” on your check memo line. Care
Fund is a special fund that goes to help
persons and families facing emergency
financial need. We also give to the
Licking County Coalition of Care from
our outreach budget line and from the
Care Fund.
Church
Vegie Garden produce
is available to anyone. Free will
donations in exchange for produce can be
placed in the designated shoebox in
entryway and will go to the Licking
County Food Pantry Network to feed
the hungry. Our sincere thanks to Doug
Kruger who has planted and tended this
beautiful garden! Doug welcomes you to
help him with the garden and we need
garden volunteers! Call Doug at
323-4371.
Telephone
Volunteers
needed
in the church office the next few
weeks. Sign up is posted in entryway.
Help answer phones as we get reservation
calls for the Backpack donations.
Volunteers are needed during church
office hours, Tues, Thurs & Fridays from
9am-11:30am and from 11:30am to 2pm
timeslots.

Band Concert- 5:00pm
Bring a lawnchair for outdoor band
concert.
Open to the public- no cost, but
the band always welcomes free will

SERVED - 5-6:30PM
Dine-in or carry-out available. You
may take supper outdoors and eat while
hearing the band play! Volunteer

School Blessings! Sat. Aug. 7!
Sponsor a
Backpack: Help school children in need
by sponsoring a backpack for $25.
Tags are on the
GIVING TREE in the entryway. Follow the
directions on the tag to provide a
backpack for a local child.
Donations due July 25th.
Backpacks and
supplies will then be purchased for
Back to
School Blessings on Sat. August
7, 12:00PM- 2:30PM. We will give
away the backpacks to families-in-need
who have telephoned a
request/reservation. We will also serve
lunch and provide community resources to
families.
PLEASE BRING GOOD,
USED, CHILDREN’S CLOTHING THE WEEK OF
AUGUST 1 TO BE GIVEN AWAY ON THIS
DAY.

Back-to-School Blessings Outreach
Ministry, please write a note on your
